Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1: What are your check-in and check-out times?

A: Our check-in time is 4:00 PM and our check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Q2: Do you allow pets?

A: We are a pet-free property. With the exception of certified service animals, we do not allow pets. Thank you for respecting our pet policy.

Q3: When are your pool hours?

A: Our pool hours are from 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM.

Q4: When is the Geyserville Grille open?

A: Please see the Geyserville Grille page for hours of operation.

Q5: How can I book a room?

A: You can book directly through our website or call us at (707) 857-4343.

Q6: Do you allow smoking on-site?

A: We allow smoking outdoors as long as it is away from the hotel, restaurant, and our Event Center. Sonoma County Ordinance requires all smoking to be at least 25 feet away from any building or eating area.

Q7: Do you have rooms with two rooms?

A: Yes. We offer “Standard Double Queen” and “Deluxe Double Queen” rooms. See our Rooms page for additional details.

Q8: Where can I eat in Geyserville?

A: Our onsite restaurant the Geyserville Grille serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. See the Geyserville Grille page for menus and operating hours. In addition, there are a number of local restaurant options that are within minutes of the Geyserville Inn including Diavola (Italian including pizzas), Catelli’s (Italian), Corner Project (Brewpub), Geyserville Gun Club Bar and Lounge (pub bites), and Rustic (Italian). Within 10 minutes, there are dozens of restaurants in Healdsburg.

Q9: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Guests can cancel up to 72-hours ahead of the arrival of their stay without a penalty to their deposit refund. If they cancel within the 72-hour period, Geyserville Inn will keep their first night’s room and tax deposit. Guests who booked via third parties are advised to contact their booking provider for assistance

Q10: I left an item behind in my room. How should I report it?

A: Please call the front desk at (707) 857-4343 or email us at frontdesk@geyservilleinn.com with details of the item and booking information including date of stay.

Q11: What transportation options are available?

A: Driving is generally your best bet in Geyserville. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are not always available. There are a number of tour companies in the area that provide transportation to local wine country destinations.

Q12: How far away are the the nearest airports?

A: The closest airport to Geyserville is Santa Rosa (20 minute drive). A bit further out, both San Francisco International Airport and Oakland International Airport are approximately 90 miles away (1h 45m drive).

Q13: What are the nearest stores available?

A: There are two markets in town: Geyserville Market and Deli and AJ’s Mini Market. Healdsburg, a ten minute drive, offers a number of grocery stores.
