Health & Safety
To our valued guests,
We want you to know that you can rely on us always to put your health and safety first. As a family-owned business, we treat our guests with the same care and responsibility as our own family members. That’s why we are taking the below precautionary measures to provide peace of mind throughout your travels.
Thank you for placing your trust in us.

Flexible Cancellation
Guests can cancel up to 24-hours ahead of their arrival of their stay without a penalty to their deposit refund. If they cancel within the 24-hour period, Geyserville Inn will keep their first nights room & tax deposit. Guests who booked via third parties are advised to contact their booking provider for assistance.
Health Checks
Employees are screened daily for signs of illness, including temperature and symptom checks. Anyone displaying signs of illness will be asked to leave and advised to see a doctor; this includes guests.
Enhanced Cleaning
We are closely following health department guidelines on cleaning and disinfection, focusing on high-touch surfaces and public spaces. Social distancing, use of masks and cloves, and other recommendations have also been implemented property-wide.
