In these times of uncertainty, we want you to know that the safety and health of guests and employees are always a top priority. Now more than ever, our business is about you.

We understand that with the rapidly changing updates on travel restrictions and cancelled or postponed public events, people have a variety of views and needs when it comes to doing what is best for them and their families. We are a family-owned business, and we cannot emphasize enough that we believe in responsible and safe travel.

It is important to us that you feel confident when choosing and staying with us. That’s why we are taking the following precautionary measures to provide peace of mind throughout your travels:

Flexible Cancellation Policy
While we offer flexible rates to our guests year-round, we have also implemented a new cancellation policy during this time. Currently, penalty-free cancellations are provided to all guests. There will be no fees or charges and a full refund will be issued within 90 days of cancellation.

Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third parties are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies and for assistance.

Environmental Cleaning Practices
As always, we are committed to upholding the highest standard of cleanliness. We are closely following guidelines issued by the CDC, CalOSHA, and Sonoma County Department of Public Health and have implemented a Site-Specific Protection Plan as required by California Department of Public Health. The plan includes daily employee health screenings and temperature checks, guest health screening, a comprehensive site analysis, engineering and administrative changes, signage, notifications, the use of EPA recommended disinfectants, upgraded and updated cleaning and sanitation methods, regularly scheduled sanitation of hi touch surfaces, and the consistent use of face coverings, hand sanitation, social distancing and appropriate protective equipment.
