Geyserville Inn is the ideal place for a romantic and memorable wine-country wedding. A wedding at Geyserville Inn is also easy to plan. Our dedicated on-site Event Coordinator will work with you to choose the perfect location, set up the catering, and book rooms for your guests.

The Ceremony

Weddings at Geyserville Inn range from intimate to large affairs. We can easily accommodate 8 to 200 people.

Our larger weddings are on the outdoor lawn, surrounded by roses and lavender, and with a backdrop of vineyards and mountains beyond. The receptions are held in the same scenic spot under a shaded area to protect guests from the summer sun.

We also have indoor facilities for smaller weddings. The Hoffman House Restaurant, next door to Geyserville Inn, is a converted farmhouse built in 1903. It retains many of its original architectural features and is a charming spot for a more intimate wedding.

The Reception and Catering

The Hoffman House Restaurant, next door to Geyserville Inn, caters all of our weddings. We make the catering easy by including all tables, chairs, linen, china and glassware.

Our chefs have extensive experience cooking delightful meals for weddings. We’d be happy to work with you to review the menu options and create the ideal combination for your wedding.

Wine and beer or a full bar can also be provided through the Hoffman House Restaurant.

Rooms

Geyserville Inn can host not only the wedding and reception, but also provide the housing for you and your guests after the festivities.

Many newly married couples choose to stay in one of our luxurious suites. The suites are on the Geyserville Inn property, but in a separate, private building.

The wedding guests can be comfortably accommodated in our spacious and modern rooms in the main building. We will gladly assist you in reserving rooms for you and your guests.

Beverages

Wine and beer can be provided through the Hoffman House Restaurant. For organizers who bring their own wine, there is a corkage fee of $15 per bottle plus gratuity and tax.

Please note that if you decide to have a full bar, then this service must be provided by the Hoffman House Restaurant.

Sales Tax of 9% applies to all food and beverages.

Fee Information

To finalize a reserved date, we request a 50% deposit of the site fee and a signed contract. The rest of the rental fee is required 30 days in advance of the wedding date, as is the liability policy.

The $500,000 liability policy is required for the day and time of your event. This policy can be acquired from your insurance agent.

From May through October, the rental rates on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are as follows:

The rental Rate for Monday through Thursday is $2,500 for up to 200 people.

From November through April the rental rates on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are as follows:
